Who do I call for a leaky kitchen ceiling?

The kitchen ceiling leaked in my home the last time it rained. There's no room directly above it. DH went out on the roof and said the gutters look like they might be filled with leaves, etc, but it is too high to tell if that's the problem. He said there's a big sagging wet spot on the roof just about where the leak is, but he can't tell if there's anything broken there. Who should
I call to look at this & repair? Am I looking at a big repair bill? Thanks!

i would call a roofer. They an repair whatever damage is under the roof as well as the shingles.

I would call a few roofers. I was having a water problem on my kitchen ceiling. I had 3 roofers look at the roof...one told me I needed a complete tear off roof (the roof is only 6 years old, put on right before we bought house)....another told me my dormer needed vinyl siding and that would stop the leak because my flashing was bad. Then I met the honest roofer who told me that the caulking around the outside of my 2 windows was bad...his company could fix them for $90 a window or my husband could buy a tube of caulk and do it himself. Well, my husband did that repair and when we discovered damage to a different part of our roof due to a windstorm I was more than happy to call the honest roofer back!

I learned the hard way. Call your insurance company first. I was trying to mitigate damages, like my insurance policy said to do, so I called the roofer. He was able to fix it right away. Then I called the insurance company to have the ceiling fixed, and they said too late..they needed to see what the problem was. I showed them the roofer's paper, saying what the problem was, but they said I should have put plastic over it and called them before getting it repaired (and in any case they woudln't have paid for the roof repairs, just the ceiling damage).
