Who do I ask for help on this?

So when we went to Disney this summer, the children created Figments, and then also their stuff on Test Track. All of their creations were emailed to us. I (mistakenly) left them in our email program, and didn't get them saved. Well, we just had to replace our computer, and in the process of transferring stuff from one to the other, our entire email program including all contents, contacts etc... got wiped out before I could save stuff. So I've lost them. Is there any one that I could contact that would be able to resend those? Or are they long gone at Disney (our trip was 6 months ago).

For future reference, I recommend getting a web-based email address, such as gmail.
