Who Did Prettier Than A Princess

Does anyone know who did this design?

I would love to have it just say Prettier Than A Picture without the name (my sister has a thing with names & I learned a long time ago not to argue with my younger sister )
Also, when I paste the picture into a program to print it, the wording is a bit fuzzy? I could outline it if you want to take all the writing off or would you mind outlining it to make it look less fuzzy?

It's mine.. I can certainly change the title for you. Do you still want the WDW on the bottom? I can change the text a little so it won't look as blurry.

Thanks, I would like it without the WDW also. My nieces (they are twins) are going to love these shirts. My niece just said to me that I don't have to make shirts for everyday they are there. I just laughed and told her "of course I do" and I am making one for you, your hubby and Mom also. LOL Thanks so much again, Penny

Aww, it is so beautiful. I didn't want to bug you as I see that many people ask you for designs. But I was afraid that I would forget what I was waiting for (I did that earlier with another design and didn't say thank you right away. The twins will look so cute in this. Thanks, again. Penny
