This is the latest update from the Otero's....

I ran all over today to find some tarps, and Eddie has been on the roof all day trying to fix it....what a job...he is going to cover the completely bare parts w/ shingles, and the rest w/ a couple of tarps.....We had leaking into the upstairs, and we have to cover up before it comes again...and it started just a few minutes ago..just our luck...

What ever it was...and it was all day...it sent a letter to my friends telling them that I did not want to receive their pm's...now that is WRONG!!!!!!

So to everyone who was wondering where I was...I was running all over the place looking for tarps, through every intersection that the traffic lights were not working...(either use as a 4 way stop.....which no one does, or better, our police directing traffic.....not fun...

Eddie was on the roof repairing it from 8am this morning till 6pm tonight...and he is pooped and sore....

But I'm sure we are not alone...a lot of people got a lot damage then we did....

And no ..we were'nt flooded out...in fact we sit high and dry on a lovely hill....but the parts by the lakes, did suffer...

So thanks for letting me back in...I'll try to behave next time

Donna.. your life will be so much easier if you remember the following tidbit.

If something goes wrong, it will always be the fault of either Matthew, Ed, Jeff or Manny. Just rotate the names to keep it fair.

How am I feeling.. hmm.. how to say it without tripping the censor... like Pluto poop. I can't extend myself even the slightest, like go shopping just to pick up a few things, without it flaring up to the point that I am crying from pain and dealing with my insides that have this crazy idea that they would prefer being on my outside.

Tomorrow I am going in for an EMG - they are going to stick a bunch of needles in me and give me electric shocks. I'm going to feel like Frankenstein or something...lol Not quite sure what they plan on accomplishing with this. Next thing I do after this is go in for a muscle biopsy where he said they are going to give me a local and slice me open and shave off a sliver of a muscle. Sounds like fun, huh?

Just know that you are in our thoughts every day...and I hate the sci fi stuff they are putting you through But...maybe they will actually find out something that will help.... ..and that is what we hope for...

Bob and June are so thrilled...the Pres.. is visiting Lake Wales today....you will see them in the crowd of people rushing to see him Yeah right!!!!!!

So I get to go back to work tonight at DTD..and feel normal again....

And Lauri you are totally right...and I will use these rotating names, and it is usually their fault anyway
