Who are these witches? (Retro DL)

costume character filler from the 10th anniversary special of DL, 1965. There were various woodland creatures and several identical green witches amongst other Disney classic characters.

I think that they just had fantasy characters. We have a an old picture somewhere that I swear is 2 guys in a camel suit. And I don't know why there's be a camel costume in a parade.
