I stumbled across a neat little article that Disney Geeks might be interested in.

It has a couple of cool videos by Disney (& Ub Iwerks) of some characters before there was "a mouse".

& Has society come far enough for Horace & Clarabelle to announce their true love??

Clarabelle used to be in the parades. And I think she's on the showboat at the end of Fantasmic.

I don't think I've heard of the other characters, except Oswald. And I believe Walt lost the rights to Oswald early on in his career before he started his own company. Sorry, that might have been covered in the article, I didn't read it, just scanned the pictures.

The second page had some cool charcters too. I remember an aunt when i was growing up who used to talk about a wicked Foxy Loxy.

& I had never heard of Professor Owl. He reminds me of what what HydroGuy should look like....providing wisdom to all Disers.
