Who all is running the ESPN 5k??

We are staying at Pop, so I'll be taxi-ing it to DHS

I'll be there too...it's a really fun race. I run many races throughout the year, but this is always my favorite since you run the last half through the park.

As for being swept off the course for a slow pace, I've never seen this done. However, this year there are EMH at HS at 8AM (I can't remeber if they had them last year too or not), so that may be an issue for someone going really slow. You run right by the main gate at the end of the race, so as long as you get by there by 8AM, you should be ok! To bad I can't stop by Toy Story Mania and get a fast pass during the race!

I'm also staying at BCV. I think I'm going to walk over unless the weather isn't good.

I think that is what we'll do too. It will be a good warm up!

Are there characters on the course? I was wondering whether or not to run with my camera.

I don't believe there were any characters on the course last year, just the start and finish; but I may not remember fully, I was concentrating on running, it was my first run, so not much observing.

it was a great day for a run on Saturday, much better than last year when it was 35 degrees or so at race time!
