Whitewater Snacks - Refillable Mug?

Is that the correct name for the eatery inside the Grand Californian Hotel? Did I read it correctly that they have a refillable mug? Can anyone purchase these, or do you have to stay at the hotel? Thought it might be worthwhile to purchase one early in our trip, as we will be there for a week in July. Also. wondering, where is the entrance to the hotel? Can you enter from Downtown Disney? I have a map from the Walt Disney Travel Company brochure, but not exactly sure where the entrance is for the Grand Californian Hotel. If anyone knows the answers, it would be greatly appreciated, really help me in my planning. Thanks

you can enter the hotel from either an enterance in DTD or from DCA. Not sure what the official answer is on the mug, so can't help you there.

We were there on Monday for a quick lunch and purchased regular throw away cups and were told they were refillable. I'm sure that meant only for that particular meal, but I would assume that plastic mugs would be for the length of your stay. I did not see these for sale though.

Thank you for the reply. Since you were just there, I am assuming that there are not the usual refillable mugs that one thinks of when they think "refillable mugs'.

They do sell refillable mugs (like those available at WDW or a gas station) just not sure what that rules are regarding having to stay at the hotel or if you can return with the same mug on your next visit.
