Whitehall Room tables?

Hi,

I'm only having 40 or less guests and was thinking of square tables of 8 or a half moon table for all of us to sit together. Are these tables more? Does anyone know the cost, have pictures, can it even be done at the Whitehall Room?

Do you want to also have a dance floor? What about music(DJ?) The reason I ask is because the Whitehall room is small and an octagon shape. So if you are going to do the half moon table(which I believe is an extra cost) or square tables, it will take up most of the space in there. We had 47 people, a sweetheart table, cake table, table for the DJ, dance floor and round tables for our guests. It fit just right but we were warned we couldn't put anything else in there!

we definitely need a dance floor as we will be having a DJ, we have a total of 43 guests and that could go down depending on who rsvp's
