White vs Dark

Mmmmmm.......dark!!!! But I prefer white for sandwiches. As for tofu...I'm still trying to figure out just what exactly that stuff is.

Turkey is something that I'll eat, but it is just kind of blah to me. I do like leftover turkey and cranberry relish sandwiches though.

That's why I like roasting the turkey myself -- so I know I'll get some dark meat!

DH and I laugh when we go to his dad's side to eat. The aunts that cook dinner will cut off all the dark meat and put it all on one plate for one of the aunt's DH to eat. Come on, can't even share a bite??? There's some big eaters in that family.

I prefer white meat. My DH prefers dark meat, so we both win! I also don't eat turkey legs, except for the ones in Disney. They're different.
