White Tank Shirts?

Hi-I'm new to the boards and not sure if this is the right place to post this question.

I wanted to make my twins some tank shirts (with iron on designs) for our September trip. Michaels/AC Moore have white t-shirts on sale all the time but no tanks and since we are going during a very hot time, I really want tanks.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can get cotton white tanks?

I've googled and found ribbed tanks but that won't work for the design.

Sorry if this seems like a silly question but I am new to the world of making shirts.

I need some too! I looked at both Joanns and Michael's with no luck. I ended up finding a couple with spagetti straps at the dollar store! We went in to get a few things for dd's birthday party this weekend and hit the jackpot! We also found Mickey socks that we will put in all the kids goodie bags since it is a Mickey and Minnie themed party.

I got mine at Kohl's (they also have some white 100% cotton T-shirts) and found some on clearance at Landsend.com.
