Can you buy a white chocolate slipper anywhere other than Cinderella's Royal Table? If not, can I go in and buy just a white chocolate slipper?

I know you can order them at the GF restaurants - we got one for my mom at afternoon tea. She ADORED it! :thumbsup2

My understanding is that the white chocolate slipper needs to be ordered 48-hours in advance and can only be ordered to CRT or one of the GF TS resturants. I don't think you can just order one for pick-up from CRT.

The above poster is correct. But you can get it at CRT too if you eat there... you can't just walk in and get one. It is considered a special dessert and you actually call the cake hotline to get one. If you are eating at any of the Grand Floridian Restaurants you can get it there.

I believe the white slipper is at the GF/1900 parkfaire and at CRT its a dark chocolate slipper.

I could be wrong but this is the slipper we had at CRT.

I was able to order the white chocolate slipper for CRT. I called the cake hotline, about a month in advance of our ressie, and placed the order. I explained my Mom's chocolate allergy ( she can have white not regular chocolate) and asked for a white chocolate slipper. It was perfect, not a drop of regular chocolate on the slipper!

So if you eat at the buffet at 1900 Park for dinner, you can order the slipper for dessert? (inadvanced of course):)

Yes.

And usually they are all white - randomly, it seems, the dark ones show up but usually they are white.

I get these or the castle mini-cakes for my mom's birthday each year. I will say though that I actually think the presentation at GF is prettier than the presentation at CRT.

most people are unaware of this but it also available at the contemporary.

i ordered one for dd in april after emailing brian about my sons cake. he informed me they could do one there as well. we ate at chef mickeys and she received a white chocolate one with filling with raspberries on it. and there was also a little milk chocolate thingy to the side, also on the cinderella castle plate. hers was 15 bucks as well.

Does anyone know how far in advance we should order it. I read 48 hours but wonder if that's cutting it a little close but don't want to order it too early. We'll be at CRT on September 28th :).

My SIL just ordered slippers last week for our lunch at CRT on September 18 with no problem at all. They even let her request if she wanted white or dark chocolate.
