Whispering Canyon Walk In

What are the chances of getting a last minute ADR or just walking up to Whispering Canyon for breakfast? Our flight lands on a Saturday morning at 7:30 am. I don't want to make an ADR in case our flight or bus is delayed and was hoping we could walk in or have a note long wait. Our plans are to head to HS that day, but thought we'd eat breakfast at WL when MDE dropped us off. Our original plan was to eat there on our departure day, but with our flight time we won't be able to.

We have never had a problem getting a last minute table at Whispering Canyon for breakfast or lunch. Enjoy your trip!

When we went for dinner this past June is was a ghost town at dinner. They were clamping down on antics and crowds it seems.

When you are on the bus on the way there to WL, I would get on the app and try and make an ADR.

Each time we're there, for breakfast or lunch, it seems that nearly all the parties checking in while we wait to be seated are walk-in's.

I would not recommend to anyone to make breakfast ADRs when your plane arrives at the airport gate at 7:30am. Why start your vacation with unnecessary stress on time that are outside of your control. Relax, make no ADR. Accept if they have a walk-in it will be ideal, but make your core plans to support arrival to the resort is dependent on too many items outside of your control. No one can say if a walk-in will be available the day your are referencing. We found MDE rarely departs when you arrive and rarely takes you directly to your resort. The time of the year also has its unique impacts too. We would not make an ADR and adjust the arrival morning plans based upon how things are going, if we need to grab something fun and unique food choice/option and have a definite ADR at DS for lunch, which we know we can make.

This was my plan, just wondering the likelihood of something being open. If not then we can grab QS or look for a breakfast opening elsewhere once we get there. Thanks!

I'd say your chances are good. We did an early lunch there and it was very quiet. I agree that you should check the app for ADR as you're getting close. If you can grab one, it would just help to minimize your wait.
