Good Morning!

Thinking of taking family to WC, have DS (7) and DD (3). Is there any difference in fun and atmosphere between lunch and dinner? Any reason to pick one over the other? We'd like to see the rowdy stuff - kids will fit right in. Also - any dishes you recommend? Going in March :)

Thanks!

Good morning there!

We were there for lunch and dinner during the week of 12/15-12/21 and the lunch portion was MUCH quieter than the dinner time. :hyper:

We had a waiter who was really funny and the place wasn't crowded and it was quiet. For dinner, we had a rowdy experience. If you're not up to dealing w/ the screaming waiters and their thumping service trays, try the lunch instead. They will NOT give you ketchup, you MUST stand on your chair and SHOUT at the top of your lungs "I NEED KETCHUP" and the last victim (who now has all SIX bottles of ketchup) will bring it over to you.

It was fun, but that was the difference we experienced. Lunch=Quiet/GREAT FOOD Dinner=LOUD/ROWDY/Still great food!

Hope this helps!

I agree w/ the above poster; dinner is much more loud and fun than lunch!

If you want fun -- as for a straw when CM brings beverages, ask for ketchup, where a Universal T-shirt if possible!! And you will have some great CM interaction.

The WC is fun for kids of all ages.

We went for lunch and dinner and dinner does seem to be "crazier" than lunch. I think the more crowded, the crazier.

I wasn't a big fan of the loudness and such, so we sat in a separate area. I'm so glad we did, because the food was surprisingly excellent. I thought the attraction to this place was the atmosphere... but the food was outstanding as well!

Thanks for the replies everyone. That's exactly what I wanted to know. I think we'll go for dinner. My family would probably enjoy a rowdy time. Can't wait!

Have a good evening!

Also, get one of your family to use the cell phone if you would like to set them up!

OOOH OOOH...I'm all for setting up my family!!!! What happens? What are some other ways to set them up! LOL
We are going there on my DS-14 b-day. Any suggestions???? LOL

When the good servers notice someone on a cell phone, they scream "Everyone be quiet, she's on the phone" and just really give it to them. When we were there, the asked who was so important for her to be talking to and she said "my mom" so everyone had to yell "hi mom". Then the server took the phone and had a lengthy conversation with mom. But we heard the Be Quiet, cell phone yell a few times during dinner. It was really cute and the one girl got quite red!

this sounds like a lot of fun...have not warned husband before hand but the cornier the better with him so we'll see what happens...:jester:
