Whispering Canyon Question

I was lucky enough to watch the show on TravelChannel. I saw the piece on Whispering Canyon and it looked great. I looked at the menu on AllEars but I would like to have some input on this. We are not stayin at the WL though. Was the food good? We would be going for dinner.

we went one night in 2001 for appetizers and enjoyed them
that same wk we went back for dinner and wont do dinner again

We have never had dinner at WC. We stayed at WL last June, and had breakfast there one morning. The food was very good, and the kids loved the atmosphere! Have fun

We went for dinner to celebrate my nephew's birthday one year, and we all got the skillet. We thought the food was very good. I really enjoyed the salad. It was very filling. They brought us so much food the first time, we didn't need a refill (and my BIL is a big eater--I call him the garbage disposal). Everything was very yummy.

We had lunch, appetizers and desserts. Had something called the "Nutty Chicken Salad". It was so good, we found the reciepe and make it at home. The Nachos were good to. DH really like the chicken wings, but they are a whole chicken wing, not like the buffalo wings cut into pieces. Had a good sandwich, but can't remember which one. Really liked the apple pie, too.

We have eaten there quite a few times and really enjoy it! As long as you are not hoping for a nice quiet dining experience It is a great way to start your day!

We enjoyed our meal at Whispering Canyon. We all tried the skillet and found everything to be pretty tasty, especially the pulled pork and the ribs. The atmosphere was fun, too. We would definitely go back.

We have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and found the food very good.

The first time I thought it would be more for the theme and wasn't expecting too much from the food but we were very pleasantly surprised.

We got the skillets every time.

We've been there twice for dinner and had the skillet both times - the pulled pork and smashed Yukon Gold potatoes are heavenly - we always ask for more of those, even though we're gettin' mighty full by that time! It's a must for us now!

We ate dinner and breakfast there last June several times and enjoyed the food and atmosphere very much. Willbe dining there at least once this year as well. Everything we had was very good and our 5 year old son liked the idea of the never ending milkshakes!!
