whispering canyon or sci fi

I have 3 kids ages 5 7 and 17. Which would be the better choice for dinner, sci-fi or whispering canyon? Sci-Fi looks pretty neat from the pictures, would my kids enjoy this place more than WC. I read they give you refills on the milkshakes is that true? Than again WC looked likes its a funny atmosphere. If you were a kid which would you choose??

Persoanlly I would choose WCC, we have loved it there everytime we've eaten there. You can get bottomless milkshakes as your drink, and the food has always been pretty good. We've ordered the skillet, and off the menu and everthing has always been really good. My mom ordered the Prime Rib, and it was soooo good! I will be ordering it in 15 days

the one and only time we went to Sci Fi, we all hated it. Not one person in our party of 4 enjoyed it, yeah eating in a car was cute,but not worth it to us. We even had to get food after we left b/c some of us couldn't eat what we ordered at Sci fi. We even ordered simple foods thinking how can you mess us a chicken sandwich, but they did. Even the onion rings were nasty.

WCC does refill the milkshakes. Its my DS (13) favorite.

WCC is fun and the food is really delicious. Sci-Fi has two things going for it: convenience and atmosphere.

WCC...the food has been so-so in past trips, but was back to great the 1st week of May. Sci-Fi is just OK. If I were going to eat at HS, prefer 50s PTC over Sci-Fi.

My family was just at Whispering Canyon Cafe and Sci-Fi earlier this May. Our kids (ages 7,6 and 4) loved both!

The refillable milshakes at WCC were a major hit---it was my 7 year olds personal goal to drink as many as possible. The food was excellent that night.

Sci-Fi food was good too. We opted for burgers and fries and they were excellent. The kids loved the cars to sit in and they watched the movie clips. It was the only meal that we had that they all sat in silence and did not touch each other.

I just asked them their favorite and the all said the place with the cars. But honestly, you can't go wrong with either

We always do both. Although the adults prefer Whispering Canyon, the children love the Sci Fi because of the cars/theatre atmosphere. If you stick to the basics - burgers, onion rings, shakes, the food at Sci Fi is good. We are planning lunch at Sci Fi and dinner at WC.

We have never eaten at SciFi but always do WCC and it is a hit. I think it is good for both children and adults. My son loves the bottomless milkshake and tried to get several flavors last year. They also enjoy all the ketchup jokes and seeing me do the hoky poky was a laugh. I don't think you can go wrong with either.

we've eaten at Sci Fi a bunch of times, sometimes the service was bad, others excellent. The ribs have gone down in quality and are no longer a must have on my vacation. We ate at WCC for our first time on our spring break visit, it was awesome. The milkshake machine was broken, so i had to get a smoothie. The skillet was great and the food was very plentiful. Now WCC is on our must do list!

IMHO, Sci-Fi's food is awful. We have given it "more one chance" quite a few times and after last summer, we have decided not to return. It's not worth it!

We were just at Disney last week, we loved Sci Fi so much we went back a second time! The Burgers,fries& milkshakes are awesome and the atmosphere was really fun! I didnt care for teh turkey sandwich at all, but the burgers were awesome!!

WCC is ok, but a little too "busy" and I had a headache when I left. It wasnt my favorite.

The food is better at Sci-Fi; we didn't care for the skillet at WCC at all (DH got sick on the meat).
