Whispering Canyon--Lunch Or Dinner

Any opinion's??? On the DDP if that makes a difference?

I ate there last month and personally, I wouldn't go back for dinner. The food was horrible. We had the skillet. The ribs were dry, mashed potatoes hard, and the rest of the meat was greasy. Even the rib eye that my son had was bad. Maybe we had an off night, but I will never go back - lunch or dinner.

It's funny that this comes up. This is 1 of our top 5 must do breakfasts when we go, but I think their dinner is terrible. The food is not what I hoped it would be . However I prefer breakfast at alot of places I eat. It's hard to screw up waffles & eggs.

I actually prefer dinner. Sorry to hear PP had a bad experience at dinner. We too had the skillet and ribeye and both our meals were great. That was back in March so I dont' know if PP had a bad night or what. As with any place I have eaten they can have off nights. Now if they are consistant then there is a problem. But that is hard to tell on vacation.
I say if you like the sound of the menu then try it, who knows what one person's bad is.
Like I said our meal was very good, infact it is DH's favorit restaurant.
