Whispering Canyon for non-meat eaters?

My husband is a fish-eating vegetarian -- a piscatarian, actually. I see on the allears.net sample menu for WCC that there is a single seafood entree listed. He'd be fine with whatever it might be, but can we safely assume there will be a seafood entree if we go?

It sounds like a lot of fun and I'd like to be able to go over to dinner from the Magic Kingdom on the boat. I think the kids (8 and 5) would enjoy the whole thing, but I want to be sure my husband can eat!

Here is the menu, there is a fish dish but it has bacon, he would have to ask that this be left off. There is also a vegetarian stew.
