Whispering Canyon for Breakfast

A couple of questions regarding Whispering Canyon breakfast:
1) How is it? The skillets looks really good, but i really haven't heard much about their breakfast offerings, just dinner (which i like).
2) Do the waiters do their normal shtick during breakfast? I don't mind, but my wife just likes to eat in peace.

We love breakfast there. Our ADR is always for the first time of the day so not very crowded and is pretty quiet but we have seen the ketchup thing once and if asking for a refill have either been brought a huge container or a bunch of glasses. Have not had the skillet but enjoy the food.
