It's not really a buffet. Instead, they bring you a skillet full of all the different foods that are included (great ribs & chicken, yuckky corn on the cob, good beans, beef stew and I forget what else). The waitress brings more of whatever you want (in our case, the RIBS!) Before the skillet comes you get some terrific biscuits, cornbread and salad.
One of my DS (17) and I had the skillet, and everyone else ordered off the menu. All of us were happy. I think next time I would just stick with the ribs dinner, especially if I could get one of the biscuits with it.
Just order what looks good - there is more than enough food whether you get the skillet or "just" one plateful from the menu.
