Help we have ressies at WCC and want to know the best way to get there from our POP hotel? I am excited because we are going to have a birthday for my DS on his 14th birthday. I also need to know if I can order a cake in advance for our son and have it at WCC? Thanks Dave

I think the best way to get to WL from POP would be to take a bus to MK then take the ferry over to WL. I can't answer about the cake, have never ordered one before. Have fun at WCC, you will have a blast.

The best way to get there is to drive. Taxi would be second best. If you've got the time, or have to rely on Disney transportation, then take the bus to MK and the boat to WL.

And don't forget to ask for Ketchup! Seriously, the'll make a big deal out of the Birthday. Also remember to tell the CM that you are planning a trip to Universal Studios. We tricked my DS (12) into that last time we were there. There were a set of triplet boys at the next table celebrating thier B-day. The CM "made" my DS ride a stick pony around the resturant singing Happy Birthday to the triplets at the top of his lungs. I swear the boy's face was beet-red! She then asked the room if he'd done it loud enough. When the room replied NO! She "made" him do it again, only this time he had to do it in the hotel lobby, riding his stick pony around the christmas tree!!

All in good fun, and typical of the mayhem that makes WC one of our favorite Disney places.

You can order a cake through room service and have it after dinner at WCC. They can tell you types, size, fillings, cost, etc. 407 824 3200 and ask for room service.
