Whispering Canyon Cafe - tough to get ADR?

We would like to eat at Whispering Canyon Cafe in Sept. Of course, the dining reservation line is now closed for the night so I am sitting here wondering if I will even be able to get an ADR for Whispering Canyon Cafe. I guess I will have to wait until the morning...

How much time should we allow for travel time from Pop to Whispering Canyon Cafe? Should we take the bus to MK and then the boat to Whispering Canyon Cafe?

I don't know, but it's really good for lunch if you can't get dinner.
That's how we went, bus to MK and boat to WCC but we were in MK for a couple hours before going to WCC. Allow at least an hour.
Then going back we went by bus, I forget which route.

I've never had any problems. I have read on here that if they tell you they don't have any reservations just keep trying everyday. Eventually you will get in.

We were there in early December and touring resorts one day. We were there right before it opened for lunch and were able to walk up and get a table for when it opened. We enjoyed it.

I didn't have any issues, she even gave me a choice of 3 times. If you can't, I guess just keep trying back!

Well we just decided to add on the dp and I just called this morning for our ADR's. I got everything we wanted including WCC at the time we wanted. And our trip is 2 months away.

Never tried this restaurant before. We are looking forward to it.
