Whispering Canyon Cafe or 'Ohana Dinner?

Just scored last-minute reservations to 'Ohana for my trip in a couple of days. So, should I stick with Whispering Canyon (my original plan) or go with 'Ohana for my MK day? I've also got a BOG PPO breakfast reservation and plan on eating at CHH for lunch on the same day.

Ohana. Whispering Canyon is okay but a completely different ambience and experience. It's mainly there for the convenience of WL guests and not really destination dining like Ohana.

We are in the minority. We would pick Whispering Canyon. 'Ohana used to be my daughter's pick. After the last time, she said "I think I've had my fill. I'm good with this being our last time eating here." We had great food and a lot of fun at Whispering Canyon.

I think both are great choices, but we've had better consistency with the food quality at Ohana's. YMMV, but your best bet would be to choose the place where you like the sound of the food most.

Dumplings, grilled meats, lo mein noodles and bread pudding = Ohana

Cornbread, smoked ribs and chicken = WCC

We love both but WCC is our "every trip" meal.

We like both but Ohana's is are go to....it just is a totally different experience. Love the feel of the Poly resort and it's convenient being right on the Monorail loop! Plus the food is awesome and plentiful and the drinks are delish!

My whole family would scream Ohana! We all love Ohana. Our last trip we tried Whispering Canyon and hated it. The food was mediocre and it forever to get anything. We asked for the dessert menu and it took 15 minutes for the waitress to bring it and we were sitting right by the hostess stand if I would have know that is where the were kept I would have gotten it myself. It was definitely not how I wanted to start my trip.

We had fun when we went to WCC (many years ago) but still go back to Ohana every time. We love it.

Both places are great but if I had to choose I would pick Ohana! It's my favorite
