Whispering Canyon brunch dietary requests

I'm not sure if we'll want to have breakfast at Whispering Canyon, but I thought I'd ask about special requests. If we order skillets, can we get more of just certain items? I know we can't request any changes, but if we just wanted more eggs and waffles, can we get refills of just those things?

If we order entrees, can they make adjustments to those items? My husband is gluten intolerant. I'm wondering if he can get the burger without the bun, for example.

We're arriving early in the morning from a red eye and might just go to Roaring Fork instead so we can hit up Geyser Grill when it opens. We plan on staying at the resort that first day since we will be crash and burn.

We’ve always been able to get “refills” on eggs and potatoes on AYCTE skillets. And they definitely can hold the bun for your DH and may even have a GF bun if you ask.

Yes, you can get refills on just what you want more of. I didn't do breakfast, but had dinner there and it was no problem to just get specific things.
