Whispering Canyon Breakfast on DDP

Hi, How does the dining plan work at Whispering Canyon for breakfast. I know it is a table service but what is included?
Can I order a starter (Fruit Plate or bakery basket) AND the All-u-Can Eat breakfast AND a specialty non-alcoholic drink such as smoothie or Cafe Mocha???
