If you rub whipped cream in your hair and pretend it's shampoo and then jump in the pool, the pool water will turn white, and get sticky and smell like sour milk. We found this out the hard way after my DDs 8 and their friend were putting whipped cream pies in each other's faces (their end of the school year tradition) and went in the swimming pool afterward. I was staining the deck while they were doing this and didn't notice that they had added a new twist to the pie in the face thing by pretending they were shampooing their hair with the whipped cream. When there's that much whipped cream in the hair, squirting off with a hose before going in the pool does not help.
My entire backyard smelled like sour milk and the only way to fix the pool water was to drain the pool and refill it. The kids washed their hair three times in 24 hours and still smelled slightly like sour milk. So if you have been considering doing anything involving both whipped cream and swimming, I would advise against it!
