Which would be harder to get at 7 months?

I think we have finally decided that for the second half of our trip next year we want to try and stay at BCV. Thanks to our recent add-on we have enough to get a 1-BR if available but we will be happy with either a studio or 1-BR.

Which will be harder to get at BCV at the 7 month period - a studio or 1-BR?

In my experience, the 1BR are always the easiest to get.
