Which World Showcase restaurant on New Year's Eve?

We are planning on being in Epcot on New year's Eve 2008. Does anyone have any recommendations for a fun place to eat that evening? It will be Myself, DH, and 3 DDs (13, 13, and 11). My DDs are not real adventurous eaters, but enjoy steak , chicken, etc.
