My DH and I are looking to go one of these weeks but would really like to go when it is the least crowded.
Last year we went the week before Thanksgiving week and had a very nice time with low crowds.
What would you say?

Nov 14-21 ( mon-mon) Fand W festival is over at this point
Nov 27-Dec 4(Sun-Sun)
Dec4-12(Sun-Sun)

I don't know if this helps or not, but I always go the Sunday after Thanksgiving, and there are no crowds at all! For example, last year during this week, we wanted to go on Splash Mountain. The posted wait time was 5 minutes! And we didn't even wait that! Walked right on. The only day that was busy was the following Saturday as they were taping the X-mas parade. Couldn't walk straight down Main St. Throngs of people. 90 minute wait times or more for rides in Fantasyland, like Peter Pan, Snow White, etc.
I didn't vote in the poll though, because I have never been there during the other weeks. Hth a little!

I'm hoping it's November 27 - Dec 4. We've gone four times in the last 6 years the week after Thanksgiving, actually flying down on the holiday in all cases I think, though have never visited any of the parks until Sunday of the weekend. I take that back -- we have done Universal and IOA over the holiday weekend but stayed onsite there and used their FOTL access so few waits. I don't recall it being exceptionally busy there but I've never been to WDW over the holiday weekend. I have to say that we have never waited more than 15 minutes for any ride or show that I can remember. When I read how long some kids have to wait I know that we'll always go off season or not at all. Patience is not a strong suit in my family, lol. I have a friend who went in March for one day (an excursion from cruise ship out of NY) and now her husband says he will never go back. They waited more than an hour for each and every ride they chose. I know, I know, I'm working on her... I told her to let me plan their next trip and he'll want to go back every year. :cool1:

Goodness, we have this week planned as well!
ASM Nov 26
Poly Nov 27
Disney Wonder Dec 1

Hoping it's not crowded; keeping fingers crossed :)
I did read somewhere (Deb's site?) that MouseFest 2005 will be going on this week--fair warning!

Also, the parks will be getting all decked out for Christmas during Thanksgiving, so if you want to see the decorations go the last week of Nov/early Dec.

My first choice really is Dec 4-11 since my birthday is Dec 6th.
Do you think it will still be the least crowded even though it is Pop Warner week 4th-10th?
We were able to see many of the Christmas decorations when we went last year Nov 15 so we know that will not be an issue no matter which week we pick.
We are hoping also for after Thanksgiving since it is Value season.

Dec 4-11 sounds like the least crowded...we have friends that always go this time of year and love it!!

I can't give an answer to your poll because both Nov 14 and Dec 4 weeks are good ones to go.

The early Nov week has not been crowded and hopefully you catch the tail end of F&W. Snacking around the world during F&W is great.

First week of Dec is also a good time to go. You get the xmas decorations and the MVMCP. The crowds are'nt bad but it is getting more popular.

Both of those weeks last year were good times to go with most rides being walk on. Only the weekends were busy and they still was only 5-10 minute waits.

I am hoping that first week in Dec is the best too!
We are scheduled to arrive on the 3rd and leave on the 10th!

Well, We booked Dec 3-10. Seemed like the best choice and I'll be able to celebrate my birthday in Disney also. :cool1: :cool1:

I'm going the 4th to the 11th, too!

And next week.

And in October or November for F & W.

December 4-11. Not as crowded and christmas decorations are up :)

For this year I will bank on the week of Nov 27-Dec 4. With Thanksgiving falling on the 24th park attendance is VERY light starting that Monday after which would be the 28th.

From our experience we've found the week after Thanksgiving to be the lightest.
