Which week in September?

We are going to try to book a BLT studio at the 7 month mark. We are trying decide between the week starting 9/14 or 9/21. Would the week starting 9/21 be harder to book because it overlaps with the start of F&W? We went for F&W this past year so we don't care too much about seeing that. The second week is a little better for our work schedules but I don't want to miss our window if we wait too long.

I think earlier is better overall but if you want F&W try and tack on a last day or 2. We were there the 8-18th missed F&W but the place was deserted most of the week.

Perfect question. We're also planning to go during the week of 9/14-9/20. DS suggested the following week since I'm not a big heat fan, but I was thinking we might run into the F&W festival. Besides Orlando generally has a lower average temperature than where we live, so I should be used to it.

We went in October and it was so hot and humid. We had thought it would have settled down a bit by then but it didn't. I am assuming anytime we go in September it will still be hot. It was so hot that we didn't even want to eat a lot of the food from F&W.

OP, maybe you should try to book the first week. When the 7 month mark comes up for the later week, you could try changing your reservation.

This way, you are will have the first week (assuming it's available) if the second week is not available.
