Which week in May?

Hello. We usually go every October but for 2004, we would like to go in May also. I figure the end of May is more crowded but does anyone have any opinions on the first 2 weeks of May? We were thinking 4/30-5/9 or 5/7-5/16? Either one better than the other? Any opinions? Are they both really crowded anyways?

I was just going to ask the same sort of question. LOL
I like to go first week of Dec no crowds at all.
But college age daughter needs to go to school.
We are planning May 15-29th leaving before holiday.
What are the crowds like?

Actually, all of May is good. Fl. schools dont get out until June.
We love to go in May. The second week is actually our favorite.
Whenever you decide to go, the crowds will not be bad and the weather is beautiful. We will be there May 23-30.

We went, and tend to go, the first few weeks in May. Go earlier because even though the schools in Florida don't get out till June - other schools around the country start letting out by the end of May - plus you get Senior Nights in May (or whatever its called) at MK which closes the parks to everyone else except the school kids. Go earlier also because of heat if that is a concern for you - it was brutally hot last May, even in the early weeks. Crowds are described as moderate and they really are. Wait times were about 20-30 minutes, by no means long, but longer than the slowest times of the year. Its a nice time of year but I am changing to February this year as it seems nicer to me to go to the warmer climate while we are buried with 20- inches of snow.

We went at the end of May this year. The Weather was great. All the lines at the park were not long at all. I think the longest we waited was 10 Min. for a ride. The rest of the we pretty much walked right on to the rides.

We have gone around the middle of May for the last 2 years and are planning another trip for May of 2004. The crowds are not too bad, I enjoy it at that time of year.
