I was wondering what would be the cheapest way to travel from kiss. amtrack station to the POFQ. It will be me and three others.

A cab would be about $40, plus tip. That might be your best option.

you might want to rent a car??? The $40 quote might be accurate for a cab, then add in tip and some charge extra for 4 adults. You can priceline bid a car for the same $40 for 3 or 4 days and go to a store for food/stuff whenever. Also if you are disney hotel guest parking at parks is free:thumbsup2

Sorry, no rental places there....if you want to rent, you must cab ride to the nearest rental location.....

We always get off at the Kissimmee Station...much easier and less crowded than the Orlando Station......in the long ago past, we have used cabs, they have van taxis that hold more then 3 people at the same cost as a regular cab.....5-7 years ago, fares ran 40 bucks, one way plus tip.....we have been using a car service for the past 6 trips which is more a personalized service, alot cleaner than a cab and grant you a grocery stop (30 minutes) in route....we're headed down in a couple of weeks and the cost of the car service is 90 dollars round trip pretty decent for us, the grocery stop alone is worth 30 bucks if you take one from your resort or even use a grocery delivery service to get supplies.....and they stop at a Publix with a liquor store next door....

Only options out of the Kissimmee station are car services and cabs....weigh the difference in price and make your choice....we never use rentals while in Disney so we're very satisfied with Disney Transportation while on property...
