Which water park will be open?

We are going in February and I am hearing that Typhoon Lagoon will be closing as soon as Blizzard Beach opens? ---any idea which water park might be open in February?

I would anticipate it will be Bluzzard Beach but, no official re-opening date has been announced for BB yet so that is just my thought based on chatter.
