Which water park is better

We are traveling to WDW next week and will have the opportunity to visit either Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach, but not both. We have 4 children, ages 11, 7, 5 and 3. The 7, 5 and 3 year olds do not meet the 48" requirement some of the rides have. Which one do you recommend for families with younger children?

BB is my vote.

My vote is for BB--the ski patrol area is great for kids this age. It is also kind of a central location. Easy to almost everything and the Family Raft ride here is way better that TL.
