Last visit the grandkids spent more time on the water slide at the Poly pool than in the parks. Didn't even want to go back in the evening for the parades and wishes. So I decided we would take at least one day for a waterpark this time around. Sooo... Kids age 3,5, 7, 8 and 11. 3 and 11 year old are fearless. ( both girls) the others not so much. Also, nana is not a friend of the sun. Can we get a little shade here people??? cause if mama ain't happy ain't nobody happy! Thanks for your input. Still 15 months away but I love the planning. I can spend hours on line but can't stand to be "in line". :-)

Thank you. I'm wondering if I should have posted this on the other forum. Oh well. I'm sure I'll get plenty of help here.
Also, after the recent tragedy, how is the life gaurd situation at both waterparks?

Personally, I would not take 5 children under 10 to a water park with only two adults supervising. The pools are huge, the wave pool at Blizzard Beach is relentless and the slides have different height requirements which may mean splitting up to accommodate the interests of the children.
