Going Jan. 29-Feb. 3rd, which value will have more tour goups, Pop, Music or Movies? Thanks

Cheerleaders & dance teams are usually placed at the All Stars (Sports, Music, & Movies) in Jan./Feb. Tour groups usually depend on their travel agent.

I woukd echo the PP and probably choose pop. I haven't seen quote as many reports about them being there.

I like Pop, i'd recommend that place in a heartbeat over the other values.

I agree..I have stayed at Sports and Pop...and would always pick POP.

I really can't say I have a preference for one value over another. We stayed in music earlier this month and it is one that got some BTGs and cheerleaders for Pop Warner. They weren't a big deal but we heard them both very early chanting and cheering going past our room.

I understood your original question to be what resort to stay at to avoid the groups which is why I recommended Pop. But other than that issue, having stayed at all the values, I don't find much of a difference in between them except theming. Each one has their devoted fans. All star music is the most recently renovated so for now, it would be my top choice.

I agree with the pp. I've been at the values when large groups were there and found that as long as I went against the grain schedule wise, Sports was the best one for me. The only one that didn't have tour groups was POP when I stayed there.

The only downside to Sports was the large (think crazy) amount of teenagers in the pool at night. And I mean late at night. Other than that I had no trouble with the buses, the food court, or excessive noise at night. The kids were polite during the day, and had chaperones.

Okay, my DD9 and I have stayed at all of them. Each has its advantages and disadvantages. POP is actually in a different county and has a slightly lower price due to taxes... very slightly. Pop doesn't share buses and seems to be better laid out to me. At POP, you can spend time reminiscing a little to the days when we were kids and people knew what a Rubik's Cube was. Goofy's Pop Jet area is awesome (There is one of these at ASMo as well.)

The All Stars are easy to walk between if you want to check out the next one. They share buses part of the day. However, sometimes with the layout you will actually find it quite a hike to the buses or snack bar. We have actually at times found it quicker to go to a different All Star for buses.

Bottom Line? You are at Disney. No bad options.

We were at Disney 12/3 thru 12/10, and the pop warner kids AND the national cheerleading competitors were there, so you don't need to worry about them (hopefully, no return trips !) We only noticed the cheerleaders in the parks, mainly because they feel the need to cheer where ever they go (many wish they would not- sorry if I offend any of you cheerleader people. This is only my observation). We have never stayed at the AS, but I will be there, at Music, 1/3 thru 1/6 to pack up and drive my DS, who is an intern, back to college in NC. Have a great trip !
