Which Value

Planning a trip back to WDW in January. Stayed at Pop last trip and wanting to try another Value this next trip. Any suggestions on which AllStar to try. Which one our DD3 might prefer. Heard that Music was remodeled - is it nicer, less crowded? I am leaning towards Movies just because my DD LOVES Disney movies. Buses are not a concern - we rent a car.

In my experience, kids seem to love the giant movie Icons from films they've seen, so, I vote Movies!

If I had to stay anywhere besides POP, which in my opinion is the best value resort, I usually stay at Music. Just stayed there in May, new rooms, and it was nice.

we have only stayed at music and movies. when my kids were younger they liked both. i think maybe they liked movies a little more. we got the dalmation bldg. they had a great time at both. we never stayed at sports cause we have 2 dd and they just didnt want to.

I vote for Movies. We loved staying there on our first trip and are going back in Sept. They have big statues of the 101 Dalmations, and Herbie the Love Bug, Fantasia, Might Ducks and others.

I vote for ASMovies. DH and I have stayed there twice and love it. DSis and I are staying at ASMusic in Dec. I let her pick what resort and that's where she wants to stay.

Movies is GREAT for kids. My son (5) loved it.

We just stayed at music in a family suite. My boys are 4 and 5 and they really enjoyed it. The other 2 all-stars are a short walk if you want to go over and look at those as well.

We've stayed at all the values except the Sports, but with a 3 yr old, I would suggest Movies. The huge icons are just awesome!!! The rooms are nice and it was never crowded except in the food court one morning for breakfast. (that means I waited 5 minutes for food!) Our last stays at AS resorts was Movies in April and Music in December so this is fairly up to date info.

I have not stayed in any of the value resorts, but from reviews posted on the DIS and other WDW travel sites, ASMu seems to be the quietest of the All-Star resorts.
