Any input would be great...I know Back to the Future is that ride is nauseating!

Is Terminator? Any others that you know of would be great so I can avoid those :p

Hmm... virtual reality. I suppose you mean simulators. T2 has stationary seating. Other than that, nothing else at the Studios should bother you, Jimmy Neutron might if you're there when that opens though.

Spider-Man has simulation effects similar to, but not as rough as (IMHO), BTTF.

Why do people give BTTF that image as the roughest ride? I would Spider-Man is more rough. Maybe it's just me but sit in the back of Spider-Man and see how rough that is.

If you mean Simulators, BTTF & Spider-Man are it for now. Neutron will be, and who knows what Mummy will be.

Simulators like BTTF, the Polar Bear Exhibit at SWF, and the defunct Akabar at BGT make me sick. Yet I'm the biggest coaster fan. The simulator plays tricks on my brain and it messes me up. BTTF is a rough ride. Sat in the back and I was bounced around, head banged against the back, and then that sick feeling happened. I had to look down and close my eyes cause I couldn't take it. And then I was tired and messed up for an hour after I rode it. I won't go on those things ever again. The day they take out BTTF is fine with me.
Jimmy Neutron does it a little bit, but not as bad.
Spiderman is ok, that's just spinning, never get sick there.

The Akbar simulator is down? If so, GOOD! I didnt like that one very much. I loved Questor though.

Yeah, BTTF made me really sick...I had to ride it with my eyes closed and head down but I still felt sick!

Thanks for your help so far!

I had to close my eyes in BTTF, major motion sickness. I don't have a problem with the motion of the car, it's the simulated motion on the screen that plays tricks on my equilibrium. I was OK in Spiderman until the falling part, I had to close my eyes then. I have the same problem with Star Tours at MGM and Body Wars at Epcot. The spinning in MIB bothered me a bit, but that is a great ride so don't miss it. We didn't do Terminator, I thought it would be too intense for our 8 yo

BTTF makes me sick also, unfortunately, it's my son's FAVORITE ride!! Ugh... I sat in the back on the right and I've had surgery on my right shoulder and BOY did it get a beating that day!

I've ridden Spidey 4 times in a row without getting sick once, though! The old Hanna Barbera was a bit rough for a "kiddie" ride but it's history now.

Why? I would say kids that age would love that, I seen Terminator at the Movie Theater when I was only 5. I can't recall how I reacted to it I remember liking it. I also seen Ghostbusters at 5 and I remember that scaring the crap out of me.

Your From Plano Tx, I use to live in Plano. I went to Clark High School, Plano East Senior High & Plano Senior High. I lived at the Preston Bend Apartment Complex next to Wal-Mart on Peston Rd, near where I assume they built that new intersection. It was under construction when I moved in 97.

Tall people should not be allowed in the back. I have been hurt pretty good back there, that will be a rough ride. Banging your head into the roof, feeling your tips start tingling and go into an instant head ache isn't fun.

Tall people should not be allowed in the back.

ROFLMAO!!!

:earseek: :earseek: :earseek: :earseek:

Sorry, I couldn't figure out how to do the laughy guy...

Robin, what's the matter with you??? Didn't you know tall people shouldn't sit in the back??? LOL

Sorry, USO, I'm having some fun with Robin...you're right, tall people shouldn't be allowed in the back. :)
