Quality, I'm not bothered by best value especially as we're getting the DDP free! For value per credit or for quality?
We're there for 14 nights, our first night we will just crash early as the long flight and time difference from the UK will hit us then on our last day we have to go to the airport about 1pm! Last year we did two 2 credit meals CRT and HDDRI'm curious, why "must" you book a signature restaurant?
I have the deluxe DDP for $32 a night. Isn't the bounce-back promo great?Quality, I'm not bothered by best value especially as we're getting the DDP free!

I have so many credits to use, twelve-nights x three credits a night = 36 credits, though I may save some for random CS meals, I am planning on eating at every signature restaurant.
I've been to both HDDR and CRT before. I've actually been to CRT three times, in 1999 for breakfast, in 2005 for lunch, and this past February for dinner. I think I am definatly going to eat at CRT for breakfast again this trip, but I have too many choices to really decide on anything else, though I do have a list.Wow that is a lot of meals, we really enjoyed both HDDR and CRT but thought they were both once only restaurants/shows have fun choosing![]()

We have eaten at all of the signature restaurants except for Victoria & Albert's, Flying Fish, and Artist Point.
Both Narcoossee's and Jiko are outstanding choices. In fact, they are our absolute favorite signatures, even over the California Grill.
Narcoossee's - The service and atmosphere are both wonderful and the food is excellent. Try the Prince Edwards Island mussels appetizer. My boyfriend got this last December and raved about it so much, that I tried it. I am not a mussels fan, but found this to be an amazing dish. He also got the filet as his meal while I got the whole lobster.
I'd be curious to hear if the above poster has ever eaten a lobster at Narcoossee's. If so, he'd/she'd find out very quickly that it is EXTREMELY different in quality and taste from Red Lobster. I have had lobster at both places and was blown away by Narcoossee's. It was served split so all of the work was done for me and it was absolutely wonderful. If you don't like fish, the filet was also exceptional. It was actually better than any other top restaurant we've enjoyed steak at before.
Jiko - Jiko is a very unique, top-notch restaurant. The food is what one would expect...different...because it is more ethnic, as the name and surroundings imply. We loved it hear and found the appetizers, entrees, and desserts to all be fantastic. I was also blown away by the filet and mac & cheese fish described above.
Le Chefs de France is another choice you might enjoy along with Le Cellier. If you need any other ideas, please let me know!I hope this has helped!
