I think I am ready to jump for the big, wheeled scrap organizer........what's your favorite and why? Are they really large enough to hold almost everything?!?! Are most in the $100 range?

Where did you purchase from? I went to scrapbook.com, they had a few models, the EK one looked good. Will also consider CM if you think it's worth it.

I want to be able to store 12x12 paper and albums, stamps, ink, some embellishments, pens, etc.

Thanks!

I love my memory mate cart from creative memories. As for holding "everything" as in everything you own? Well that depends on how much stuff ya got. As for carrying everything you will need to go to a crop, yes I think it will hold all that. I tend to bring extra cause I am weird but I am streamlining and getting to the point where I won't bring it if I know I don't need it or even if I am unsure. The cart costs 130 + tax. Worth the money.

Do you also use your mm cart to store things at home?

I have quite a bit (been scrapping for 8 years) but I am beginning to get rid of stuff I think I will never use to get rid of some of the bulk.

i have the cis xxl, and i also have the cropper hopper rolling backpack...i love both. i got the backpack to go on my scrapping cruise, and i wouldn't give that up for the world. i don't even use my xxl anymore.

cis makes excellant stuff and i have heard they have good customer service.

cropper hopper also makes great stuff.

Yes, I keep things stored in my cart at home too. Usually I am spread out all over the kitchen table, I seem to have taken it hostage lately. But when I do have to clean up I store almost everything in my cart and memory mate tote thing.

Another vote for the MM cart. I love the big pockets on the side, and the inside is huge, holds so much stuff. I do store things in it at home, have to use all the space I have! :goodvibes It holds albums and pages I am working on great. And the pockets hold my trimmer and pens. The front pocket I like to put my stickers in. It's really great and has held up well (a year and 2 months).

I have the XXL and the CM MM. I use them both at home and the MM to take to crops. I think its easier to get in and out of my car and seems more organized for what i bring with to crops. Thw XXL has too many little pockets that are not easy for me to take things to crops. BUT the XXL is good for storing small things at home and it rolls nicely under my table.

I have the crop in style Na Na navigator. I like it, but have outgrown it. Need to either sort out or get a bigger one :)

Ihave a Navigator - XL size I think? I would be careful of whatever brand Joanne's is selling though. Two friends have purchased these in the last few months and BOTH have had problems. One the area under the front wheels "collapsed" so it leans forward all the time and the other the handles fell off the first time she tried to lift it into the car. And Joanne's was not good about taking them back!

After checking out all the ones out there I finally purchased and love the MM cart from CM. It is just perfect - large interior space, large outside pockets, very easy to move around and carry when needed.
I have my "things" pretty well organized - in smaller totes, etc. so I wasn't interested in one with all the little pocket thingys. I just wanted a place to gather it all together and the CM one fits the bill.

I have both and I agree that the CM MM is the best. The pockets are a good size and easy to keep organized. (if you can be organized at scrapbooking :rotfl: )

WOW! The response is overwhelming for the CM cart. (I do think CM makes great quality products).

Now, how do you organize your stuff inside it? Just put it in loose, use their small bags, other containers?

THANKS!

I essentially use the pockets and dividers provided, although I do slide my paper holders in with the paper still in the holders.

The CM cart has two side pockets, one large pocket on the front, and then one large interior space.
One side pocket holds my personal trimmer and inside its drawer I have my adhesives, corner rounder, and other often used items. The other side pocket I keep pens, and an organizer of photos I'm currently working with. The front pocket is where I keep page ideas, magazines, etc. and other, less used adhesives.
Inside of the bag I have a CH paper holder for paper and other large stickers or die cuts. I also have 3 smaller tote bags (CM also) that hold punches, scissors, and the CM CCS. Also my 12" trimmers, an accordion style folder that holds the templates for the CCS and other assorted things that I don't want bent, my album and extra pages/protectors and the CM sticker binder that holds stickers and diecuts, etc. When all that is in the bag I still can get the CM power layout box in there by just setting it across the top.

Wow, I can't believe all that fits in there.

I have a Scutto bag and I love it. It wheels nice and smooth. It doesn't look very big, but I can fit quite a bit in it. I used to use the Crop In Style XXL, but it was too big for me to manuver, not to mention very heavy when it is filled, making it very difficult to lug around from Car to Crop and back home again. The Scutto has a middle section with dividers and two side zippers that fold out to store additional stuff like stamps, punches adhesives and a small paper accordian. I got it from Jenny Craft online.

I'm glad I saw this thread, though wish I'd read it before I placed my Joann's order earlier! Today I ordered the bag you're talking about - it had about 1/3 of it's replys saying it wasn't too good, and 2/3 saying it was great. I figured for $30 I'd give it a try but seeing your post - one more person saying the quality stinks - I decided to cancel my order. Low and behold... Joann's doesn't let you cancel an order!

I guess now I'll see what it's like when I get it :confused3

If you want the biggest, it is the way to go. LOVE mine! Can easily load it w/ everything I could possibly need for a crop. (OK, who am I kidding...I usually take my XXL AND my Navigator fully loaded--a girls gotta have options!)
You cannot take these on a plane. You would need a Navigator.
Both by Crop in Style.
Happy scrapping!
Kris

HOW could you get a Navigator for $30? I used to sell them in my store for $100-110! I just saw them at Hobby Lobby for $75 on sale recently!
BUT if you do have a problem, contact Crop in Style personally--they will make it right! (and be sure to tell them that JoAnns isn't--that is a stores responsibility to take back defective merchandise! Now that is w/in a reasonable amount of time--not a bag you've had & abused for a year!)
WOW! If you did get it for $30, you go girl!
