If it’s summer I’d vote HM because it’s hot out and the line is outside...

Between those 2 I'd probably pick HM. It seems like waits can be slightly longer, and standby for POC is covered, while HM is partly outside, not great in the heat with long line. They are both often available as 4th FP.

Probably HM, but frankly neither one are hard to get a FP+ for so you can do both. Sometimes POC is a near walk on.

Remember that you can spend about 20 minutes doing two missions for the Pirates Adventure game right outside PoC and get a PoC Fastpass as a reward. (Especially if you have kids with you it's cute and you really can have the FP in hand about 15-20 minutes after you start the game - usually shorter than if you just waited on standby!

FP them both. They are easy to get as a 4th, 5th etc

Watching the video, the CM mentioned they don't advertise the FPs because they don't always have them (around 14 mins in)
