We were wondering the differences in breakfast, lunch and dinner at CRT. Other than the food and the price.

Also which meal do you like better?
Is it still as hard as ever to get in?

This will be the first time we have ever paid any attention to it since this trip will be with our daughter and we would like to take her.

And if you have any pics of inside i would love to see them.

At breakfast and lunch there will be multiple princesses walking around and greeting you.

Before your dinner ADR Cinderella will greet you in the lobby and you will have your picture taken for your package. At dinner the Fairy Godmother and the mice will do a little show, but there will be no characters that walk around and do a meet and greet.

As far as, is CRT still hard to get ADRs for? Well, it is still a popular place, but it's not as hard to get into as it used to be because of the huge price increase and because it takes 2 credits on the dining plan.

We have dined in the castle twice, once prior to it being a character dinner and last year we had dinner there. If you have never been, then yes I think you should definitely try it. But for one table service credit you can do the Norway Storybook meal or 1900 Park Fare w/ Cinderella and Friends at the Grand Floridian, and I think they are just as good. You even get the photo package included at Norway and it's still just one credit on the dining plan.

We like lunch better than breakfast only because this allows us to hit the good rides early and then we can relax in the a/c during the hot middle part of the day. Both meals are good though. Haven't done dinner.

Before this last trip we had always done the breakfast. We enjoy it, the meal itself is good but it is nothing special. If I remember it is; fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, and hash browns. I think there might also be pastries or bread. There is one perk to doing the breakfast though. If you have a reservation before the park opens you can take picures in front of the castle with little to no people in the the pictures! :thumbsup2

We decided to do lunch this past trip because we let dd go to the BBB before hand. I have to say that I really liked the lunch. I had the Major Domo (spell?) and I LOVED it! The desert was wonderful as well.

The princesses are at both breakfast and lunch, the dinner has Cinderella characters I think. I haven't done the dinner so I can't really tell you about it.

I *think* Ariel is just at the Norway Princess meals but I could be wrong. In the past few years we seem to always see the same princesses there and they are: Cinderella (in the lobby), Bell, Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, and Snow White. Sometimes we see Mary Poppins there.

Have fun!! Make sure you call early!

So lunch also has the princesses? Is Ariel there also by any chance?
As far as I know, you can only meet and greet with Ariel at her Grotto (she is in her tail) and at the Norway Storybook meal (she will be greeting in her ball gown).

I am very interested also. Our grands have BBB appts and then our group of 17 has lunch ADR's at the castle. Having never been, I can't tell you how excited we are and really looking forward to this new experience!! :goodvibes

All my pictures are mainly just my girls with the princesses, so you can't see much of the actual place. I found these though. If you want to see more just type in "Cinderella's Royal Table" and search images. You'll see a lot.

We are doing the princess breakfast at Akershus to meet the princesses for my 5DD and we are going to eat at CRT for dinner for a once in a life time experience of eating in a castle for my DS8 - I know that it takes 2 TS but I think that the experience is is worth it. Unfortunately I could only get a 8:20 PM reservation but that will at least get us to see the part at night.

We enjoyed the CRT breakfast from our last visit (Jan. '06) and decided to include it again for this year's trip. We liked the food (it's hard to mess up breakfast food) and we saw Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Belle, Snow White and Aurora. I haven't had any problem booking reservations there, however, I've always booked our ADR as soon as we're allowed. I think it used to be a problem when the breakfast was the only meal offered, but since they've expanded the meals to include lunch and dinner, it's not as cut throat.

I like the idea of going before everyone else enters the park, but we also enjoy riding Dumbo without really long waits (Do people finish with breakfast in time to be the first guests in Fantasyland?), so we opt to schedule our breakfast for the last time slot and call it "brunch".

I have to plug the princess dining in Norway at Epcot. Compared to the CRT, it was actually a better experience in terms of the amount of time spent with the princesses. At our lunch, we saw Ariel, Belle, Aurora, Jasmine and Mulan. And a family I know who went there for breakfast had seven characters! All of the above mentioned, plus Pocahontas and Mary Poppins. Well worth the money.

Hi from another Central NYer! We have only ever done breakfast but haven't had any complaints. This September will be our 3rd time doing the CRT Breakfast and the first time for our 2 DD's. I think they will enjoy...My 8 1/2 yr old DD will love being in the castle and my 2 yr old DD I think will really enjoy the Princesses this trip. Plus my oldest has a BBB appt. just before so will be all "Princessed" up! LOL
