We have a love hate relationship with the Poly. We love the space and the location of the Poly, but we hate the housekeeping issues. We had housekeeping problems on two separate trips.
Out of the 3 up for debate I would look at what matters most.
Pool? Poly wins
Location? Poly wins
Points? Bwv wins
If it does not matter my wife and I always lean towards less points. So bwv would be our choice.
If I could Clarify the main living area (the bedroom) is much smaller than a room at pop. When you figure in the space taken up by the "galley", entrance hall and the much larger bathroom.

Maybe because the bed and pull out couch are larger than the beds at a value make you think that. But I can see that since the Poly room is much wider any value.
We love the location, we can walk to the TTC and hop on the monorail to MK. I just wish they had better housekeeping. This year was better than last year, so hopefully it will improve.
Until we see the point struction for CCV I don't think we can say Poly was anything more than matching the most recent high they had just done at VGF. Point creep means more money to DVC.
Now if just justifying "paying" the high points then I'm sure some do based on what you list.
I'm very interested to see what they do at CCV because I'm sure they want to maximize but the way they've been doing that was both increasing price per point and point creep. But how to reconcile with VWL there? Very interesting.
