Which stroller would you recommend to rent?

We are heading to Disney in August and I need to rent a stroller for my daughter who has Down syndrome. She is 8 and is currently around 63 lbs and 49-50" tall. We plan to rent at one of the off-site stroller rental companies. There seem to be several that can fit a child that is up to 70 lb and 48" tall. Do you think she could fit in one of these? Has anyone tried to put a child who is slightly taller in one? The options look like Bob Revolution, City Elite, or Summit X3. If those won't work, I know that I can always get the special needs stroller. It is more expensive though so I hate to book that one if it isn't really necessary.

I woud rent a special needs stroller. With both the height and weight being near the max (or above it) you are not going to be happy with a standard stroller. You might also see if your insurance would pay for a stroller for her for you to own. THe Maclaren Major is perfect for her situation which I assume is a bit of a safety need and a bit of a stamina need.

We have used (and will use again in a few weeks) the Liberty Special Needs stroller. Accommodates up to 54" and 100 pounds and worked perfectly for us at WDW. My ASD son just turned 7 but is nearly 54" tall and he fits perfectly, and loved having it as his own little escape from the crowds. Bonus: it's bigger than any other stroller so it was easy to spot from far away and has lots of storage space.
