Which Steakhouse?...

We are going in August and need to choose between these three steakhouses: The California Grill, the Concord Steakhouse or the Yachtsman Steakhouse. Let me know which one you like the best and why you would definitely go there again. Thanks so much!!!!!

We have only been to California Grill and we loved it.
We will be trying Yachtsman in August....

We`really enjoyed the Concord, not only for the food but the great atmosphere in the CR.

Never been to Concord but we did go to California Grill and that was pretty good. However, I think, the steak is best at Yachtsman!!!!

We went to The Yachtsman Steakhouse a few months ago and it was incredible!! My hubby loves a great steak and he thought it was the best he's ever had.

Concourse at the Contemporary is the sleeper steakhouse of WDW - some of the best beef on property and a relative steal compared to Yachtsman or Le Cellier.

We dined at Concourse as well as CG and enjoyed it. But the view of CG and the atmosphere made it tops in our book

thanks for all the great suggestions. We have eaten at the Y S House and truly enjoyed ourselves. The food was out of this world. I was hoping that nobody would say that word (LeCellier). We tried to get it for our trip in Aug. but with no luck. I wonder if we should try the CG for a change and breathtaking view.

The Filet at the California Grill, as well as the rest of the menu is excellent. I think its better overall than Yachtman's. And I don't think the Concourse steakhouse is in the same category as the other 2 restaurants.

The California Grill is a better restaurant, but it is not a streakhouse (there is only one steak on the menu). If you are looking for a wide selection in steaks (porterhouse, rib-eye, new york etc.) then I suggest you try the YS.

I have never tried the concourse steakhouse. The reason I haven't is that it looks like Chef Mickey's spillover (especially the noise). I am sure the food is decent, but I would probably be more inclined to try it for lunch.

We ate at Concourse Steakhouse in December and really liked it. Dh and I both had the filet and thought it was great

CA Grill is not a steakhouse - they just have 1 on the menu. I would not go there if you want a steakhouse exp personally.

Yachtsman and Concourse are hard to compare. Concourse does not have the atmosphere that Yachtsman does. It's in the lobby area, right next to Chef Mickeys, and pretty loud. Yachtsman is signature dining, more upscale with (IMO) signature service.

We loved Yachtsman food - and had great service. A nice long, relaxing, upscale meal. We are trying COncourse for the first time this trip but we have passed it many times. Since we're on the DDP, I want to compare a 1 credit steak to a 2 credit steak LOL! I've heard great things about the food quality there if you want a good steak at a fair price.

I love the YSH, but the filet at the CG is really great too. We ate at YSH on the Dining Plan and had the Chateaubriand for Two.

Out of your choices I'd pick CG. YSH, imho, ranks as one of the worst restaurants on property.

Shula's is the best steakhouse on property.

I have been to both the California Grille and the Yachtsman and we loved the California Grille. We felt that the Yachtsman was slightly overpriced for what you get. Both were good though!

Hi!

I was just told by someone that if you eat at the CG, you can go outside on their little balcony to watch the fireworks. Great food and a view I guess we can't go wrong!
