Which schools have the week of 2/15 off?

We are off that week here in Western Ma. , and again the week of April 19th.

When the schools take off more during the yr the summer break is shorter.

The summer break isn't shorter. We just go back to school later. NYC public schools close June 25. We don't go back until after Labor Day (maybe Sept. 13 this year)

My cousin's children in SC get out of school the end of May. They go back the first week of August. Both summer breaks are pretty much equal in length.

Teachers here do not have trouble finding summer jobs. There are tons of day and sleep away camps in and around NYC. They can also teach summer school.
