A.) On our day at Animal Kingdom, eat at Tusker House. Dinner at Jiko later that night. On our day at Epcot, Coral Reef at lunch, counter service dinner in a country pavilion (thinking the Norwegian cafe).

B.) On our day at Animal Kingdom, eat at a counter service restaurant and head to Jiko later. On our day at Epcot, Coral Reef lunch and a TS dinner at a country pavilion, to be determined (there are so many to choose from!)

C.) On our day at Animal Kingdom, eat counter service and later head to Jiko. On our day at Epcot, eat at Coral Reef and counter service dinner. Save remaining TS credit for a nice TS dinner on our first night (to be swapped with current plans for a CS quick grab on the first night).

^For clarification on part C... We will arrive around 4 pm and not go to a park the first night, so our first night food will be either at a resort (@ CSR or any other), DTD, or Boardwalk area. (We were thinking Maya Grill, Spoodles, Fulton's, just something special for the first night.)

Sorry if this is hard to follow. I'm stuck!

I would choose B.

My husband likes flame tree CS at AK.

The whole family liked Coral Reef...my husband says it was his Favorite meal at Disney. (we ate lunch there)

I like the idea of having the TS at Epcot in WS. But, that is because we have never been to WS when visiting Epcot. We will this time though!

Also not sure which park you are going to your first night.

Good luck!

Is there another option w/ no Coral Reef? :rotfl: If so, I vote for that one! Kidding--just giving you a hard time.

I vote for B, I guess. I think that there are so many great restaurants to choose from in Epcot--you'd have a great meal!

I like the idea of a nice dinner on your first night, but am not sure when you arrive, and I think that matters just a bit. Although, after traveling to get down there, it may be easier to just grab something and make it easy.

Whatever you decide--have fun!! :)

I say go with C! I think a nice meal on arrival night would set a good mood for the trip :)
