The only ride, that I know of, that has a stationary seating area is Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem. Other than that, I think you are out of luck.
The Forbidden Journey queue is fantastic if you are a fan of all things Potter (and you don't have to go through the regular line to experience it either). There are a couple of others that have well themed queues, but you have to wait in the regular lines so it may not be worth it if you don't plan to ride.
Thanks! We have express passes so my husband will go through the line with us and bypass the ride if he needs to. So MIB, ET, and Forbidden Journey is worth going through the queue and Despicable Me he could actually go on the ride?

Someone posted this before and I found it very helpful. I get really motion sick so I have to be careful what I ride and take things with a grain of salt until I know for sure.
I used the key for pregnant women (I'm not, LOL), and read the descriptions of the ride. I ended up doing the Seuss trolley a lot, but that was pushing it for me! Shrek, Despicable Me for sure although I had to close my eyes for parts, but the seats up front are stationary. I questioned the worker out front of ET and was ally nervous, but I tried ET and LOVED it! It's like riding a bike without pedaling, and one spot was just a tad steep, but it was a relaxing ride and I enjoyed it.
Definitely walk through everything. All rides have an exit just before loading and you won't be the only one going through and not riding.
