Which Rides Do You Recommend NOT Using Express Pass For First Time?

We will have Express Passes for our trip in June. We only have one day to do both parks so I want to use them to maximize our time. However, I don't want to skip over things that add to the attraction/story. e.g. I know that for FJ, you definitely want to go through Hogwarts and get the full experience. Then, for a second, third, etc... time, use Express or Single Rider.

Are there others like this where Express makes you miss a good chunk of the story for the attraction?

Thanks!

Mummy has a good queue.....

I think Spiderman and MIB also have neat queues, but it's been so long since I have seen them, I can't say for sure... lol :goodvibes

I would agree and say if your interested in queues that enhance the story of the attraction, Revenge of the Mummy has a great one. You also can use your Express Pass or get on Single Rider rather quickly.

Remember with Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey, there is no Express Pass for that, as well as Hollywood Rip Ride and Rockit and Pteradon Flyers. Of course, go through the castle queue of FJ, definitely amazing queue.

I think Dudley Do Right's Ripsaw Falls has a cool looking queue, if the wait isn't too long, go through the queue, adds a little bit to it.

As for Spider-Man, you can go through the Express Pass line and still see the queue, just walk slowly and let others pass if you want to stop and take it all in.

Use Express Pass for The Simpsons Ride, you'll see it all anyway with a much less wait.

For Men in Black: Alien Attack, if you want to see the elevator schtick like your in the movie, go in the regular queue, but if not, go Express or Single Rider and you'll still pass through the queue, no "elevator", but with a much less wait.

For JAWS, use Express Pass unless you like to wait in wrap around lines.

Unless the lines are really long, I would suggest going through the stand by line at least once on all attractions.

Thanks all!

With Mummy, do you miss the queue with Express? Or would we still get to see it?

The Mummy's express line feels like you're taking a back staircase and boring hallway to the ride. NO theming at all. Go through the regular line at least once for sure.

Yes you miss the queue if you use the express pass on the mummy

Maybe I'm not easily impressed... but I rarely find the queues to be worth the wait. Sure, some of them are OK -- but I'd really rather just get on the ride.

One exception is Harry Poter -- that's worth seeing once. No express pass there anyway, so it's kinda moot.

I'm kind of the same way. I think its because I have seen them all and I just want to ride.
