Hi guys!

We are visiting Disney World for three weeks next Oct/Nov and we're seriously considering the Memory Maker photograph package. Does anyone know of a definitive list of the places that take photographs, including rides and attractions? It would be nice to know how many places there are that take your picture.

Thanks a lot for any help.

Here's for starters......Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, Test Track, Buzz Lightyear, Rock n Roller Coaster, Donald's Tusker House Breakfast Buffet, and Hoop de Doo Review......

Also, Tower of Terror. And it's been mentioned that they're adding this capability to Thunder Mountain, Pirates and Haunted Mansion, we just don't know when

Wouldn't bet on that happening anytime soon.

These rides plus ToT. We also got our picture from Askershus on ours. We DID NOT get Tusker House as above person noted. You had to buy it separately.

The majority of the characters have FP photographers at them. Each photographer will normally take 4-6 pics with the interaction of each character. They will let you take pics with multiple group members. (I understand wanting to get multiple pics. But On our last trip, there was a family of 8 in front of us for Sorcerer Mickey. Nobody under the age of 17. They took FOREVER to take their pics. Each person got an autograph which was at least 1 pic a person, each person got a personal pic, the family got a pic, the mom and dad together got a pic, the girls got one, the guys got one and then they did a funny pose. I bet they ended up with TONS of pictures by the end of their trip with that strategy. While, it's neat, I think it's a bit much and can hold up a line. Just my opinion.)

At MK, we noticed photographers at the entrance in front of the Train Station, Multiple locations in front of the castle, on the walkway between the hub and Tomorrowland, sometimes, there's a photographer on the walkway between the hub and Frontierland (they can do a castle shot and a frog magic shot), sometimes there's one on the back side of the castle.

At AK, there are multiple ones on the main bridge in front of the Tree, One beside the monkey temple that takes a pic with Everest in the background, on the backside of the tree. This last trip, there was one on the bridge that goes from Everest towards the Nemo building. I don't remember seeing any planted anywhere else.

At EPCOT there are a couple before the ball at the entrance, a couple on the backside of the ball when walking towards the countries, every country I heard from a photographer should have one but we weren't able to see one at every country. We did have one in Norway (which is the one who told us there's a spot in each country) and Japan. We didn't see any at any other country. Maybe we didn't explore them enough to find them.

At HS, numerous ones in main street heading up to the hat, numerous ones on the road leading to ToT and RnR. If there's others, we've never come across them.

We don't visit the waterparks but I've heard a couple of people say that they got pics at the waterparks.

I like being able to have them take pictures and being able to keep them. I think in getting the MM, you save money. All it takes is 10 good pictures of your whole trip that you'd want to purchase to consider it paid for. In purchasing it, you get all of them. When we went in February, we didn't rush to get pics but we did take them. We were there for 5 days and ended up with over 600 pictures. That was with a 3 year old so we didn't get many of the ride photos other than Buzz. I thought I got my moneys worth. My husband swears that most of our pictures that we took with our camera were better. Most of them were, I agree, but he'll never have anyone take a picture of all of us, because he doesn't want to bug others so I cherish being able to have pictures of all of us together versus just him and my daughter and an occasional one of me and her but none of just me and him. With you being there for 3 weeks, I'm sure you can get all kinds of pictures. Get repeat pictures on different days but do different poses and ask for magic shots. With MM, you can also make copies and edits to all your pictures which could end up getting you at least if not double the amount of pictures. They have settings to where you can modify the picture to be a 5x7 or an 8x10 versus a 4x6. You can add the year and the park name to it, you can add borders, you can add characters. You can't get those add ons any other way. I think it's worth it. :thumbsup2

That's weird! We were just there last week (May 8) and our Tusker House photo WAS linked to our Memory Maker. It was just a photo outside the restaurant, though. I thought Donald was supposed to be in it, but he wasn't. That's okay, we took our own photo with him inside the restaurant. :)

Water park photographers are generally from late may to August. Wouldn't be surprised if they're out in the next week or two. Usually it's after or around Memorial Day.

How are the ride photos attached to your MM account?

After the ride, find your photo on the screens and note the number. Go to the desk and tell them the number. They pull it up to confirm it is yours and you tap your band. It is quick and easy.
